Following on from the success of my Taste Me Mama packaging, I won a pitch to work with another ambitious startup: this time for a range of nut butter spreads aimed primarily at children.
Handmade by two mums who, having searched for a healthy alternative to the mass produced nut butters on the market and found none, decided to create their own. Their homemade creations were such a hit with their daughters that they decided to spread the joy further and produce a range of nut butters that other parents could give to their very own cheeky monkeys!
They asked me to design the identity and packaging for their range of nut butters aimed at children.
I produced all aspects of the job from start to finish - designing the four flavour labels, creating the 3D visuals and print ads. The nut-based characters gave the products an endearing quality and turned the range into a collectable ‘family’ of products.

The product is currently being sold in local health food stores while the print ads were seen around London when the product was launched in Summer 2018.
The brand has seen a 68% sales growth at the time of writing [November 2020].

I gave each SKU a tailored RTB roundel and character, based on the nut in that flavour.
They formed a playful, differentiating element that was used across advertising.
